RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We trust that you love your "what if?" product.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sales@shopwhatif.com within 30 days of receipt to request a Return or Exchange Merchandise Authorization and shipping label. 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Must be unworn and unused, with original labels and tags attached, and its original packaging.  

Once your returned item has been inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.  

ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS have a 30-day return policy.  Therefore, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
